Live Well Retreats - Life is an Adventure...Live it Well
"We all yearn for, in our heart of hearts, but lose sight of amid the wear of everyday life: peace of mind, open hearts and an enduring sense of balance and purpose.  We want to dispel fear with gratitude and joy.  And we want to love ourselves deeply and unselfishly, as we do others.  We want to matter and feel fulfilled." - Sue Patton Thoele

Facilitators

Michele Cosentini (Owner/Facilitator)  I am a professional vocalist and artist, as well as a community volunteer.  I have spent the last 6 years coordinating enrichment programs for children ages 5 - 12, and the last 9 years as the Creative Director for Journeys Community, a Maryland based spiritual community.  After a10 year career working for a major investment firm, I left to raise my children and also to continue pursuing my passions: music, art and spirituality.

As the Creative Director for Journeys Community, I create and facilitate programs that allow attendees to explore their spirituality, both personally and in connection with others through the use of contemporary art, video, music, literature, meditation and personal reflection.

I am happily married with two children.  As a mother who believes in the importance of modeling a healthy lifestyle for my children, I have spent the past fifteen years studying the impact of nutrition on physical and emotional well-being.  Consequently, I've experienced great success in the health of my family, particularly with my son, a special needs child who has responded to a nutritional healing approach in many surprising ways.

I truly understand the importance of balancing all aspects of life, the emotional, physical and the spiritual, in order to live life to the fullest.  My personal mission is to create interesting, unique experiences that will allow people to deepen their self awareness, connect with others, and to live life with joy.

LeeAnn is a married mother of four who has combined her skill as an educator and her passion for creating custom textiles and mixed media art, to create unique workshops meant to instill a sense of empowerment and self-discovery into the hidden talents we all possess.  Her passion for all thing creative led to the creation of Willberry Country Crafts which she created in 2002.
